Our Verdict

Air AI is not ranked because it is not a functioning product and its operators are under a federal ban. In August 2025 the FTC sued Air AI Technologies and founders Caleb Maddix, Ryan O'Donnell and Thomas Lancer, alleging false earnings claims and violations of the Telemarketing Sales Rule and Business Opportunity Rule dating to at least February 2023, with roughly $19 million in alleged consumer harm. In March 2026 the matter settled with an $18 million judgment (largely suspended), $50,000 for consumer relief, and a permanent ban on marketing business opportunities. Core voice services went dark in late 2024. We include this entry because the name still draws search traffic and buyers deserve to find the facts.
