AI Outbound Calling

All pricing verified against vendor documentation

Updated

Ranked #13 · AI-assisted dialer

AI-assisted parallel dialing for human SDR teams, with strong data-provider integrations.

Our Verdict

Nooks is explicitly human-in-the-loop: AI handles answer detection, transcription and coaching while a human rep has the conversation. That is a legitimate and often more effective model than autonomous calling for complex B2B sales — but it is a different product from what most people searching for AI outbound calling expect. Its integration list is excellent. Pricing is entirely sales-gated and no certifications are listed on the pricing page.

Best for: B2B SDR teams wanting more live conversations per rep, not autonomous AI calls.

“Are you using nooks”

  • I've really been hearing about the concept of moving away from parallel dialers and sticking solely to power dialers, just because you're losing the potential for connect rate with parallel dialers here. I'm not sure if Nooks can do power dialling, but it was definitely something that was being considered.
  • Just diving in here to say that Nooks is super expensive and parallel dialing while good has to be done the right way. Never go over 3 lines at a time and honestly and if it's a GOOD list you should only power dial it. Look for options like Orum.com , Trellus.ai , and Dialfyne.com as they're going to give better experiences.
  • We use Nooks here at a FinOps startup. So we reach out to mostly engineering personas so outbound calling is about as challenging as it gets with ICP's The only really differentiating feature IMHO is the ability for Nooks to dial out using local numbers; that is a genuinely good feature that does help the connect rates. It does also give you the ability to enrich numbers/data so we use it as a secondary enrichment source that's pretty decent. Everything else is pretty mid about it though. The power and parallel dialer features are pretty much paper weights with call blockers and screeners. Our connect rates are still around 5-6% even with all its alleged robust features.

“Has anyone had experience with nooks data concern”

  • There can be a bunch of reasons for the "read and change all your data on all websites" permission, but typically that is to allow an extension to parse data off of a page. You could request from Nooks what specifically is being used that requires that permisison. You can also see more about the different permissions in Chrome and what triggers those warnings here: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/reference/permissions-list .
  • I always have a separate workspace for personal. Compared to work for this reason.
