Our Verdict

Synthflow has moved upmarket and now sells enterprise contracts only, starting at $30,000 per year. To its credit it publishes that floor, which most sales-gated vendors will not do. The compliance stack is the strongest here alongside Bland — SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR and ISO 27001, with EU or US hosting. But there is no self-serve path at all: you cannot place a test call without going through sales.

Best for: Enterprises with EU data residency or ISO 27001 requirements and a six-figure contact-centre budget.

“Looking for synthflow ai alternatives for”

  • Hey! The engineering dependency thing you're running into with Vapi and Retell is pretty much baked into how those platforms are architected, they're built dev-first so any logic change goes through code. If non-technical management matters day to day, you really need something where flows live in a proper dashboard. CloudTalk's AI voice agent does it that way and runs on flat pricing so monthly costs are actually predictable. Hope that helps narrow it down a bit!
